If you have a bad back then you will want to do everything you can to relieve some of that pain. Of course, there are exercises and painkillers but we need to change things in our everyday life to ensure that everything we do is a back friendly as possible.
There are a variety of risk factors for developing or indeed worsening back pain if you are already a sufferer. A well-known issue is with lifting, either because the item is too heavy or because we are using bad lifting techniques.
